I do not know how many of you or your kids take vitamins.  I use to be a big vitamin person but over the years I realized that your nutrition needs to come from your food.  There is no better way to get all the nutrition you need than eating your fruits & vegetables.   I know that even when I juice and try to eat well we don’t even come close.  So I wanted to make sure we were getting enough nutrition.  When Chloee was around 2 she would take gummy bear from Juice Plus+.  When we moved I ran out & stopped ordering them.  Well I just started Chloee back with the chewables, Liam on the gummies and me on the capsules.  Juice Plus+ is raw whole fruits & vegetables juiced, dehydrated at low temperatures, and put into capsules, chewables or gummies.  It is so basic.  They literately take the spinach, broccoli, kale, etc. put it in a juicer, mix the pulp back in, and condense it into a form we can easily use.  It does not replace eating the fruits or veggies raw but it does supplement. I think it is great.  If you were thinking about vitamins & want to make sure your guys (& you) are getting enough you should look into this.  I have samples at the office.  If you are walking or driving by stop in and ask Laura for a sample.  That way you can try them.  I went through several bottles of different vitamins at Whole Foods that Chloee would not eat.  Juice Plus+ is a very good company.  I know mom’s who use other vitamins and this one is very good. There is no dye, artificial colors or synthetic vitamins.
